Dennis Stock was born in New York in 1928. At the age of 23 he won young photographers contest held by LIFE magazine. In 1951 press photographer Robert Capa invited Dennis to Magnum Photography Cooperative. Each of his pictures is very powerful, he is an undisputed master in the art of composition.
